6. Make sure that "My incoming mail server is a" POP3.
    Enter mail.primegate.net in both "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP)
    server" and "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server".

7. Account Name should be your WHOLE EMAIL ADDRESS.
    Example(someone@somewhere.com) and also put in your
    PASSWORD. Make sure remember password is CHECKED.
    Make sure "Secure Password Authentication" is NOT CHECKED
